This reissue has p. 2 in italic type and has a reset titlepage, on the lower half of which is printed below the imprint: "To the Right Honourable the Lords spiritual and temporal, in Parliament assembled. May it please your Lordships, ..." "Publish'd" in the title has the apostrophe reversed.
