Review
A rare gem. A dazzling new text. Explains the major concepts with ease, clarity and stylistic elegance. A pleasure to read. Incredibly comprehensive. Brings together theory and practice in one harmonious package. Should be a part of the reference library of every ultrasound department. (Australasian Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine)
Probably the best text of its type that I have seen. Fulfils its aim in a simply outstanding way. Topics are described with the same clarity that has led the author to be one of the most valued teachers of ultrasound technology in Australia. The author is able to marry his sophisticated knowledge of ultrasound technology with simplicity and clarity of explanation. (RANZCR Inside News)
An invaluable resource for students, teachers and all users of ultrasound. Comprehensively covers all aspects of the physics of ultrasound. Covers the most complex concepts in a particularly accessible manner using language that is clear, concise and understandable. I loved this book and would highly recommend it to all students of ultrasound. (ASA Sound Effects)
An excellent resource for both qualified sonographers and student sonographers. (Journal of Medical Radiation Sciences)
