Use Your Own Corporation allows you to easily access the power of corporations, LLCs and LPs. Use Your Own Corporation has been divided into three portions. The first section of this product is a discussion on issues to consider throughout all stages of your entitys development. The focus of this first section is not a high-level discussion of why you are forming a corporation or other entity and the pros and cons of this decision, but rather how to actually fill out all of the paperwork that is absolutely necessary, but sometimes confusing. This product is meant at all stages to be a very practical guide that you can pick up and reference as your corporation or other entity proceeds through daily life. The second section of this workbook contains two groups of forms for your use. The first group is a group of 51 of what I like to call my favorite forms. These forms are numbered and referred to in the first half of this product, and are more or less listed in the order that they would be used in a real-life setting. These are the forms that I use most often in my practice and those that are most requested by clients. I have included detailed completion instructions and an explanation with each form in this section. The third section of this product contains an additional 50 forms that don't come up as often as the first 51, but are still very useful. These forms have been grouped into the following headings: Corporate Proceedings Employment Related Other events Real-Estate Related You will find all of the forms in this product are also available on the companion CD-ROM, and have been prepared in Microsoft Word, in a format suitable for use with any version of Word. After that, we have provided a list of the second set of 50 forms, also with a brief explanation of how or when they may be used.
