About the Author
Editor, Pamela Johnson Fenner, a New England native, received a BS in biology from Chatham College (now University) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania followed by a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in Natural Science from Harvard University. She taught in both elementary and secondary schools and years later, as a childbirth educator. While her youngest daughter attended second through eighth grade at the Marin Waldorf School, she served as a trustee, founded the school's Parent Association, and launched Michaelmas Press. After graduating from a 3-year teacher education program at Rudolf Steiner College, Pam was Director of Community Development at the Waldorf School of Princeton, New Jersey and later cofounded Seacoast Waldorf School (formerly Tidewater) in Eliot, Maine.
