Longlight

Jo is a rebellious young woman, restrained to the confines of an old US Government underground shelter, New Washington. But in an apocalyptic world where night and day last years instead of hours, dangers and challenges are endemic and survival is the first consideration for her people. They are not the only ones trying to survive. When the shelter is raided by a group of nomadic travellers, women are considered precious bounty. Jo's abduction is not the misfortune it first seems though, and she soon finds herself on the adventure she secretly wished for. Longlight is a story of anguish and hope, shaped on the extraordinary foundation of human determination.
