Cruising the Inside Passage: Puget Sound to Alaksa

Travelling along the Inside Passage between Olympia, south of Seattle and Skagway in South East Alaska, may be accomplished by several means. Cruise ships travel the route every summer. Washington, British Columbia and Alaska ferries offer transportation to communities along the coast, many set on islands or at otherwise inaccessible towns and villages.
