Rail atlas, Geat Britain & Ireland

Included in this atlas are all the operational lines in Great Britain and Ireland. These include passenger and freight lines, the numerous preserved and independent railways and tramways, standard and narrow gauges, and all Irish broad gauge lines. The entire national rail network is covered differentiated by colour-coded lines, passenger and freight only routes, metro systems and tourist/steam railways. Large-scale inserts detail areas with complex railway networks. The maps detail every passenger station, freight terminal, private siding, junction, traction depot, stabling point and tunnel over 100 yards in length. A gazetter lists all stations and depots and all proposed new stations are marked, together with future projects, including light railways.
