The NEA Handbook provides basic information on the Association: everything from NEA's fundamental policy statements, goals and objectives to details on the Association's program and the administrative structure The Handbook is published annually for use of members, officers and staff--at every level of the Association and for other leaders in the field of education.The NEA Professional Library is the book publishing arm of the National Education Association.
