Our Country: Japan (Our Country)

This series gives young children a simple introduction to geography. Each book introduces a country through a series of topics such as weather, farming, homes and food. The topics are accompanied by short interviews with children from different backgrounds and parts of the country who talk about their own experiences. This book introduces the young reader to Japan. It covers a range of topics, each one being accompanied by interviews with 12 Japanese children who describe their schools, families, homes, food, pastimes and other aspects of their daily lives.
