Does America Really Believe in Jesus Christ? Prayer has been taken out of school. There are also talks of removing God from currency and from the sworn testimonies. Why have we been working so hard to take Christ and God out of everything we do? In God do we trust?America has established itself at this point as "One Nation under God" and embraced the motto recognizing his presence and protection of this great nation by also including his divine greatness on our currency. Colossians 3:17 says, "And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.""In God We Trust." In marketing they would call this branding, which is the expression of essential truth or value of an organization or its service. It is communication of characteristics, values, and attributes that clarify what a particular brand is and is not.A brand will help encourage someone to buy into an idea or belief, and it directly supports whatever concept or philosophies of life are exercised, but the brand does not explicitly say, "Buy me."Instead it says, "This is what I am. This is why I exist. If you agree, if you like me, you can join me, support me, and recommend me to your friends."With that, it is understood that America is a God-fearing country that operates under the covering and protection of the Holy Spirit. So if you are to be a part of her (America) or become an American, you do so with the understanding that it is a country that has survived with the blind faith to "Trust in God."
