Lyrical Tales: Collected Poems and Photography

Every phase has a life of its own, with a tale to tell." –Jennifer Word To sum up some of her lives, Jennifer Word wrote a poem (and in this book, attached an original photograph taken of something she found to be meaningful or beautiful in some form or fashion to accompany each tale). She has included one poem for each life experience that affected or changed her in some way, no matter how large or small. And in her words, "Nothing is trivial." Published in the fortieth year of her life, Lyrical Tales includes forty selected poems that represent the most important 'lives' within her forty years of existence. The poems span a period of writing from age ten to thirty-seven, at which time she ceased to write further poetry.
