Freak (Part 3)

The Freak comic series wraps up with a young and bumbling John Leguizamo at the edge of celebrity, on his way to Broadway stage and Hollywood screen. But first, our tracksuited hero must survive every painfully ridiculous moment of his adolescence, battling against his insecure, unrealized self through low self-esteem, heartbreak, and making new friends. We follow along as he shares his first intimate (and probably greasy) encounter in the back of a KFC and finds new confidence when his family finally unravels, stepping up to protect his mother. After years of stumbling through sex, school, and a social life, Leguizamo stumbles by accident into acting, embracing his new creative path with a passion.
