Extraordinary Marriage

Extraordinary Marriage casts a vision of God's out-of-this-world design for marital intimacy, challenges couples to never again setttle for an ordinary relationship, and provides the practical guidance couples need to develop their own kingdom-focused marriage plan. Once they understand the extraordinary plan that God has for their marriages, husbands and wives will never again settle for less than God's best-and they'll tenaciously do whatever it takes to rise above ordinary living.

This dynamic study paints a compelling vision of an achievable future-and provides a step-by-step plan for couples to evaluate their own marriage and work toward that vision.

For this study, the authors draw on their extensive personal and professional experience-examining every aspect of God's design for marriage. Rodney Wilson currently serves as marriage and family enrichment minister at First Baptist Church in Smyrna, Tennessee. Selma, his wife, was founding editor of Journey, LifeWay's monthly devotional for women. Through nearly three decades of marriage, they have learned and grown both as a couple and as Christians-and they have been leading marriage and family conferences together for almost as long.
