The King's Master: O'Sama No Sensei

Three thousand years ago from the greatest writings of the Buddha Siddartha came the story and reality that has unfolded for as many years in the directions of both East and West. It is the relationship between the master and the disciple, between the father and the son. It is a tale unparalleled in the history of this world, a conflict between two great thoughts, each driving away from the other until there comes a time when geographically they will be face to face, East against West, each with their champions, and world dominance the prize. The same history that told of the wisdom and greatest of the Buddha's teachings also spun a tale of equal influence, that of the Christ. With his own church secretly covering up the historical relationship between the man Jesus and the thousand-year-old teachings of Siddartha came the consequences of a world divided. Those were times when consistencies were lost in translations and even the Buddha's powers were being lost in India after a thousand years of blessings brought them to a close, yet not before the seeker from the West caught the last light of a fading star, only to return home to a disenchanted world oppressed by the rule of Rome and supported by obsolete faiths. So as the story of Buddha's teachings faded from the land in which they were born, there sprang a beginning to the story of the Christ and of the tragedy possible while juggling the truth. To tell this story correctly, it must be presented in contemporary times, where the unfolding of the Hoto chapter of the Lotus Sutra can best benefit the people. Such works depict the relationship between the Taho Buddha and the True Buddha through the teachings of Siddartha in his final writings. In the translation from the Western position or point of view of said conflict between the East and the West, drama and interpretation of these, our times, must be felt and understood.
