Gauguin's "Noa Noa" (Art Memoir)

This work offers an opportunity to see at first hand a selection of pages from "Noa Noa", the painted manuscript that is Gaugin's personal record of the time he spent in the South Pacific. Kept today in the Louvre, this intimate journal contains the artist's day-to-day writings interspersed with brightly painted watercolours and woodcuts.
