The fourth cumulative supplement to "Clerk and Lindsell on Torts" brings the main work up to date, with full coverage of relevant legislation and cases, combining authority and analysis, in the familiar Clerk and Lindsell format. It includes coverage of: recent decisions establishing that concurrent duties could lie in contract and tort; Hunt v Severs, establishing the possibility of claiming the cost of nursing services where those services have been rendered by the defendant tortfeasor; and the potential implications of Kharasandjian v Bush allowing a person with no property interest in premises to sue in nuisance.
