This edition incorporates recent advances in gynaecologic oncology and covers topics of importance to oncologists, obstetricians, gynaecologists, general surgeons and internists. The volume provides coverage of the biology of gynaecologic cancers, the therapeutic modalities currently available, and the diagnosis and treatment of specific gynaecologic malignancies.
