Selected Commercial Statutes, 2007 Edition.

The 2007 Edition of Selected Commercial Statutes includes the ALI annual meeting drafts of proposed revisions to UCC Article 1, and proposed amendments to Articles 2 and 2A. Of course, these drafts will not replace existing Articles 1, 2 and 2A, but will be included as appendices.
