The tone is casual, but the research is thorough, and Nite delights in mentioning interesting bits of trivia. This volume unfortunately continues the practice of giving discographic information only on singles; a complete listing of album releases would be helpful. An index of song titles is also included (not seen). Most libraries with popular music collections already own the two previous installments; they will want this one as well. Mark H.
