Bird Field List (Watching Birds in Southern Africa)

The "Bird Field List" lists all the birds recorded in Southern Africa and the subantarctic region in alphabetical order, and for each species the page reference in Newmans "Birds of Southern Africa" is given. Nine columns are provided - tick one for a life list, others for day, holiday or area lists, it's up to you. Space is provided in the front of the field list to specify what each column has been used for. Accurate records by birders, whether novice or experienced, are crucial in increasing our knowledge of the distribution, habits and movements of birds. Records kept in the form of this field list will be easy to submit to bird clubs or researchers.
