"Kentucky Through the Centuries" contains primary source documents and articles written by scholars working in Kentucky History that cover all periods of Kentucky's development from prehistory to the present day. Articles and documents were chosen to represent each geographical region of Kentucky. There is also information on various ethnic groups, including new immigrants, African Americans, and Native Americans. Traditional historical events, such as statehood, the Civil War, governors, etc., are also represented with the articles.
